Industrial Wireless Sensor Network System is an excellent solution that integrates LAN/PAN wireless network technologies into one low-cost/mid-range transmission network and automatically adjusts suitable combinations for each network layers to obtain the best performance according field and data characteristics. By using dual-area network architecture(Wi-Fi Mesh/ 6TiSCH), IP routings and dual physical bands(2.4G/ Sub-GHz), our solution demonstrated its superior over traditional ones in dealing with hostile factory environments after plant tests. Also, a data packet delivery service (Quality of Service, QoS) technology has been developed to support up to 35 sensor nodes and 4 intermediate transmission nodes for data collection. Its intelligent routing mechanism supports two types of data packet delivery service: real time and non-real time where can ensure delay time <= 5s in realtime and reliability > 99% in non-realtime.
