Emergency Healthcare Network Available Bed Forecasting System (EHNABFS)

EHNABFS considers the concept of system dynamic processes. It can immediate response the dynamic number of available beds information within time frame which are affected by the rapidly patient transforming in the hospital network. It can provide the high accuracy information of available beds, so that patients have a higher chance to seize the available beds and survival probability.The current Ministry of Health and Welfare requires major hospitals to log in the number of waiting beds every 20 minutes on the webpage (Open data). We will evolve the error Open Data into a second-order celestial worm into more valuable and correct information. New parameters of solution and reorganization → Interval and treatment time of patients to hospital, and then import the new parameters into the medical network system simulation model to generate the number of empty beds, distance to hospital and time to predict future time t.The goal of this research is to use simulation to create a cloud-based forecasting system called EHNABFS in a regional hospital network in Taiwan in order to provide near-contemporaneous information to Emergency Department personnel and to EMTs in an effort to efficiently predict the optimal hospital to which patients should be transported based on bed and resource availability.
