This technology includes the method of fattening, pairing, captive spawning and larval rearing for the Green banded goby in the artificial environment. In the controlled broodstock recycling tanks, Green banded goby can keep spawning about 5,000 fertilized eggs annually. Later,the fertilized eggs will be collected into the rearing tanks to maintain a stable breeding rate. After the juveniles have completed metamorphosis, the conversion of artificial feed will be conducted, it helps when the fishes sale to the aquariums or consumers will be much easier to be raised, and also show a higher survival rate than the wild catch individuals druing the process of transport and display. This technology transfer scheme also provides 3 pairs of broodstocks with stable spawning ability to make sure the production can be started immediately.
