A process for fabrication of a fully dense electrolyte layer embedded in membrane electrode assembly of solid oxide fuel cell
The patent technique provides total solution for production of commercial available solid oxide fuel cell products (10×10 cm2). By tape casting with specific slurry recipes and co-sintering processes, the as-prepared SOFC exhibits high cell performance. The maximum power density reaches above 700 mWcm-2 (800 °C). Relevant patent techniques have been transferred to local industry for market application of commercial SOFC products since 2014.
