In Japan, pathologists have large burden because of the shortage of them. To reduce their burden, automatic diagnosis system of cancer is required. In our system, we aimed to develop an automatic pathological image diagnosis system of colorectal cancer to reduce pathologists burden. We developed the CNN model that can distinguish between contain cancer cells images and not contain cancer cells images. As a result, our model reached high validation accuracy.
